Every time the agent reads your drawings, answers a question or builds something, it uses AI credits. Your plan includes a monthly allowance of credits, shared by everyone in your workspace. The Usage page shows where you stand.
Open the Usage page
- Click your initials in the top-right corner, then Workspace settings.
- In the left menu, under Workspace, click Usage.
Inside a project you can also go to Settings (bottom of the left rail) → Usage. The ring next to the notifications bell in the top bar shows the same figure at a glance — click it for a quick summary of your plan and credits.
What the page shows
- This billing period — the dates your current allowance covers and how many days are left.
- Projects — how many projects you have against your plan’s limit.
- AI credits — credits used against your workspace’s allowance. The bar turns amber as you get close to the limit.
- Enable overage — whether the agent keeps working after the allowance is used up (see below).
- Storage — space used by your uploaded documents.
How credits work
- Pooled across the workspace. Each member’s plan adds credits to one shared allowance. Anyone in the workspace can use them.
- Reset monthly. The allowance resets at the start of each monthly period, including on yearly plans. Unused credits don’t roll over.
- Different models cost different amounts. A larger model uses more credits for the same request. You can pick the model for each chat — see Choosing a Model.
- Routines use credits too. Each scheduled run counts the same as a chat.
When you run out
When the allowance is used up, one of two things happens:
- Overage off (the default): AI features pause until your next period starts. Everything else — documents, estimates, schedules — keeps working. The Usage page shows Credit limit reached.
- Overage on: the agent keeps working and the extra credits are billed on your next invoice, or sooner if they build up. The Usage page shows how far over you are and the estimated cost.
