Credits measure the work the agent does. A quick question uses a little; building a full estimate from a drawing set uses more, and bigger models use more than smaller ones.
- Credits are shared across your workspace and reset every month.
- Uploading and indexing your documents doesn’t use credits.
- Go over and extra usage is billed at cost – or set a hard cap and the agent pauses until next month.

What is an AI credit?
Credits measure the work the agent does for you. A quick question uses a little, building an estimate from a full drawing set uses more, and bigger models use more than smaller ones. Uploading and indexing your documents is free.
What happens if I run out of credits?
Extra usage is billed at cost at the end of the month. The workspace owner can turn this off instead, and the agent pauses until your credits reset.
How does per-seat billing work?
Each person in your workspace has their own plan, and you can mix them – a project manager on Pro, an estimator on Plus, a site super on Hobby. Credits from every paid seat are pooled for the whole workspace.
Is there a free trial?
Every paid plan starts with a 7 day free trial. A card is needed to start it, and you can cancel any time in those 7 days.
Do unused credits roll over?
No. Credits reset every month, on monthly and yearly plans.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade or switch between monthly and yearly at any time – changes are prorated.
What can I upload?
PDF drawings, specs, submittals, schedules and reports, up to 100 MB per file. Hobby includes up to 3 documents; paid plans have no document limit.
What payment methods do you take?
Major credit cards, processed securely by Stripe. Prices are in USD.
