Project details let you add location, schedule, and budget information to your project. This metadata helps contextualize the project and may be used by AI features in the future.
Accessing Project Details
- Click the Settings (gear) icon in the activity bar.
- Select Project Settings in the sidebar.
- Click Details in the sidebar navigation.
Location
Enter the project site address:
- Street Address — Street number and name.
- City — City or municipality.
- State / ZIP — State or province code and postal code.
- Country — United States or Canada.
- Timezone — Select from a searchable list of all standard timezones. The timezone is shown with its UTC offset for clarity.
Schedule & Budget
Project Value
Enter the total project budget or contract value in dollars. This is for your reference and project tracking.
Schedule
- Start Date — The project’s planned or actual start date.
- End Date — The planned completion or substantial completion date.
Both dates use a standard date picker. All fields are optional — fill in what’s relevant to your project.
Saving Changes
Click Save Changes after making any edits. Only project owners and admins can update project details.
