- Click Save Changes
- A confirmation toast will appear: “Your profile has been updated successfully”
Email Address
Your email address is displayed on the profile page but cannot be changed directly. This is the email you used to sign up.

Profile Photo
Your profile photo (avatar) appears throughout the platform — in the top navigation bar, conversation messages, and project member lists.
Uploading a Photo
- In the Profile Photo section, click the upload area or drag and drop an image
- Supported formats: JPEG, PNG, GIF, WebP
- The photo uploads immediately and replaces your current avatar
Removing a Photo
Click the delete/remove option on your current avatar to remove it. When no photo is set, your avatar displays your initials on a colored background instead.
Default Avatar
If you haven’t uploaded a photo, Framework generates a default avatar using your initials (e.g., “JS” for John Smith) on a colored background. This appears everywhere your avatar is shown.
Company Information
The Company section (also under Account settings) displays your organization details:
- Company name — Your organization’s name
- Team members — Number of members in your company
- Member since — When your company joined Framework
Company settings are managed by your organization administrator. Contact support to make changes to company details or manage team members.
