Project Dashboard

The project dashboard is where you manage all your construction projects. It shows a list of your projects and provides quick access to create new ones.

Accessing the Projects List

You can get to the projects list in several ways:

  • Click the grid icon at the top of the activity bar (labeled “All Projects”).
  • Use the project switcher in the top navigation bar and click “View all projects.”
  • Navigate directly to app.framework.construction/projects.

Project List

Each project card shows:

  • Project name — The name you gave the project.
  • Description — A brief summary (or “No description” if none was set).
  • Your role — Shown as a badge (e.g., Owner).

Click any project card to enter its workspace. Hover over a card to reveal action buttons:

  • Edit — Opens project settings.
  • Delete — Permanently deletes the project (requires typing the project name to confirm).
  • Archive — Archives the project to hide it from the active list.

Creating a New Project

Click the + New Project button in the top-right corner. See Creating a New Project for the full walkthrough.

Project Limits

Each subscription plan includes a set number of active projects. If you’ve reached your limit, you’ll see a banner explaining the restriction with an option to upgrade your plan. You can also free up a slot by archiving or deleting an existing project.

Dev Blog Sidebar

The right side of the projects page shows the latest posts from the Framework development blog. This keeps you informed about new features, improvements, and platform updates.

Switching Between Projects

Once inside a project workspace, use the project switcher in the top navigation bar to switch between projects without going back to the projects list. Your tabs and workspace state are saved per project.
