Viewing Your Usage
- Click the Settings icon (gear) in the activity bar
- Under Account, click Usage
- The usage dashboard appears in the main viewport
The usage dashboard gives you a clear picture of where you stand across all resource types for your current billing period.
Resource Types
AI Tokens
AI tokens are consumed every time you interact with the AI assistant. This includes asking questions, getting document analysis, having the AI search your documents, and receiving responses. Each conversation uses tokens based on the length of your messages and the AI’s responses.
- Resets monthly at the start of each billing period
- Usage shown as a percentage of your plan’s allocation
- Overage available on some plans (see Overage Billing)
Storage
Storage is consumed by the documents you upload. This includes PDFs, specifications, drawings, and any other files in your projects.
- Measured in GB across all your projects
- Does not reset — storage is cumulative until you delete documents
- Can be expanded with storage add-ons
Projects
Each plan includes a set number of active projects. Archived projects don’t count toward your limit.
- Active projects only — archived projects are not counted
- Expandable with project add-ons
Seats
Seats represent the number of team members who can access your organization’s projects.
- Includes the owner — you count as one seat
- Expandable with seat add-ons
Understanding the Dashboard
The usage dashboard displays each resource with:
- Progress bar — Visual representation of usage vs. limit
- Current usage — Exact amount used (e.g., “1.5M of 5M tokens”)
- Percentage — How much of your allocation you’ve consumed
- Billing period — When the current period started and ends
- Days remaining — How many days until your usage resets
Usage Warnings
Framework alerts you as you approach your limits:
