Change Log

February 11, 2026 – Change Log (2026-02-06) –

This week we’ve been hard at work making changes to the platform. Most of these changes have either been requested by you (the people) or through our review of how you use the platform. Below is a summary of all of the changes our team has deployed this week:

New Features

  • Notes (requested by Mark) – We deployed the new notes feature – people can use notes to document information in the chat, or have the AI generate long form content from it’s findings. In the future we’ll be expanding notes to allow for different formats to be created (think spreadsheets, and gantt charts) and allow more fine grained interaction by the AI agents.

Enhancements

  • Increased Upload Limits (requested by Luis) – we refactored the upload process to allow for larger uploads, users can now upload files up to 100mb with no limits on page count. If your file is large, our system will now automatically break it down into volumes for proper processing.
  • Reduced time for processing documents – we reduced the amount of time it took to process documents by batching some of the reviews, this has shrunk average file upload time by a factor of 10.
  • Document Upload Email Notifications – now when you upload a document you can navigate away from it and we will send you an email when the processing is completed.

Fixes

  • Conversations and note creation were timing out after 120 seconds of interaction. We have now increased this limit to 600 seconds to give more time for our AI models to interact with your documents.
  • Input box height was set a strict dimension resulting in a limited viewing area on mobile and desktop. We’ve added auto adjustment so it increases as you type to a maximum.
  • During chat, the AI was retrieving the wrong drawing ID for some users, this has now been corrected and should no longer occur.
  • Rolling context window was not functioning properly returning an error some users. This has now been corrected.
  • Project deletions weren’t working for some users, this should now function properly.
  • Visual modifications to menus on mobile including updated icons.
