Accessing Your Invoices
- Go to Settings → Billing
- Scroll to the Billing History or Invoices section
- Your recent invoices are listed with dates and amounts
What’s on an Invoice
Each invoice includes:
| Item | Description |
|---|---|
| Invoice date | When the invoice was generated |
| Billing period | The date range the invoice covers |
| Base subscription | Your plan’s monthly charge |
| Add-ons | Charges for any purchased add-ons (projects, storage, seats, tokens) |
| Overage charges | Any metered AI token usage beyond your plan’s allocation |
| Proration credits | Credits from mid-cycle plan changes (if applicable) |
| Total | The total amount charged to your payment method |
Downloading Invoices
To download an invoice as a PDF:
- Find the invoice in your billing history
- Click the Download or View Invoice link
- The invoice opens in a new tab or downloads as a PDF
Invoices are provided by Stripe and include all the details you need for accounting and expense reporting.
Invoice Statuses
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Paid | Payment was successful — no action needed |
| Pending | Payment is being processed |
| Past Due | Payment failed — update your payment method |
| Void | Invoice was cancelled (e.g., due to a refund or plan change) |
