Your input shapes Framework. We’re building this platform for construction professionals like you. Every piece of feedback — whether it’s a bug report, a feature idea, or a general comment — helps us build a better product.
How to Send Feedback
Framework has a built-in feedback system accessible from every page:
- Click the Feedback icon in the top navigation bar
- A feedback form appears
- Select the feedback type (bug report, feature request, or general feedback)
- Write your message
- Click Send
Feedback Types
🐛 Bug Report
Something isn’t working correctly? Let us know. Good bug reports include:
- What happened — Describe the issue clearly
- What you expected — What should have happened instead
- Steps to reproduce — How can we see the issue ourselves
- Context — What page were you on, what were you trying to do
Example bug report:
“When I upload a PDF larger than 50MB, the progress bar gets stuck at 90% and the upload never completes. Tried three different files, same result. Using Chrome on Windows.”
💡 Feature Request
Have an idea for something new? We love hearing what would make Framework more useful for your work. Great feature requests describe:
- The problem — What workflow or task is difficult today
- Your idea — How you envision the solution
- The impact — How it would help your day-to-day work
Example feature request:
“It would be great if I could compare two versions of a spec document side by side. We get revised specs regularly and it’s tedious to manually track what changed.”
💬 General Feedback
Anything else — compliments, suggestions, questions about the roadmap, or general comments about your experience.
What Happens to Your Feedback
- Received — Your feedback is logged in our system
- Reviewed — Our team reviews all feedback regularly
- Prioritized — Bug reports are triaged by severity; feature requests are weighed against the roadmap
- Acted on — Bugs are fixed, features are considered for future releases
While we can’t respond to every submission individually, every piece of feedback is read and considered. Patterns in feedback directly influence our development priorities.
