Microsoft Lists kept on SharePoint sites — punch lists, logs and registers. Each list becomes its own table with its own columns.
What it brings in
- Every item in the list
- The list’s own columns, with dates, numbers and people
How to connect
- In a project, click Data in the left rail.
- Click + Connect and pick SharePoint Lists.
- Click Connect and sign in with your Microsoft account. You come back to the same dialog.
- Tick the lists you want, then click Link to this project. Each list becomes its own table.
Linked data sits in the project’s Data tab as a table you can sort, filter and search, and refreshes automatically every hour. The Framework agent can read it too, so you can ask what’s overdue or what changed.
