Excel workbooks kept in OneDrive or SharePoint — RFI logs, submittal registers, buyout trackers. Each workbook becomes its own table with its own columns.
What it brings in
- Every row of every sheet
- The sheet’s own header row as columns
- Dates, amounts, status and due dates, recognised by column name
How to connect
- In a project, click Data in the left rail.
- Click + Connect and pick Excel.
- Click Connect and sign in with your Microsoft account. You come back to the same dialog.
- Tick the workbooks you want, then click Link to this project. Each workbook becomes its own table.
Linked data sits in the project’s Data tab as a table you can sort, filter and search, and refreshes automatically every hour. The Framework agent can read it too, so you can ask what’s overdue or what changed.
