Scheduling

Microsoft Project

Bring .mpp schedules in with their full outline and logic.

Microsoft Project desktop schedules. Link .mpp files kept in OneDrive or SharePoint, or upload one saved anywhere else.

What it brings in

  • Every activity, in its outline with WBS
  • Durations, start and finish, % complete
  • Predecessors, successors and baseline dates
  • Resources

How to connect

  1. In a project, click Data in the left rail.
  2. Click + Connect and pick Microsoft Project.
  3. Click Connect and sign in with your Microsoft account. You come back to the same dialog.
  4. Tick the .mpp files you want from OneDrive or SharePoint, then click Link to this project. Or upload an .mpp saved anywhere else.

Linked data sits in the project’s Data tab as a table you can sort, filter and search, and refreshes automatically every hour. The Framework agent can read it too, so you can ask what’s overdue or what changed. Uploaded files stay as they were uploaded.
