- Estimates & Takeoffs — Full construction estimating module with a spreadsheet-style editor. Create estimates from scratch or let the AI build one from your uploaded drawings and specs. Every line item includes CSI MasterFormat division, code, description, type, quantity, unit of measure, rate, and auto-calculated total. Toggle between Takeoff and Estimate views. Group by division, type, or custom sort codes with automatic subtotals and nested sub-groups. Export to Excel (with live formulas and formatting), PDF, or CSV.
- Note Export — Export project notes to Word (.docx) with styled formatting, branded colors, and proper heading and list structure. Access via a new dropdown menu in the note editor toolbar.
- Google Sign-In — Users can now sign in directly with their Google account.
- Updated Colors and Typography — Updated the color palette to a branded blue with warm stone neutrals – consistent branding throughout the interface. Improved the look and feel of all upgrade banners.

- Hub Redesign — Redesigned the Hub layout, sidebar navigation, and project pages for improved responsiveness and clearer information hierarchy. Projects page includes better data fetching, loading skeletons, and project filtering.
- Project Unarchiving — Restore archived projects from the projects page.
- Document Upload Pipeline Refactor — Replaced the document upload pipeline to be more reliable and faster. We replaced the API we used to process PDFs, and changed the model to a faster model. This has resulted in significantly reduced upload times and fewer errors.
- Notes Editor Redesign — Redesigned the notes editor with refined typography, warm tones, softer heading and bold weights, and improved spacing.
Fixed
- Encrypted PDF Handling — PDFs with encryption flags no longer fail during upload.
- PDF Compression Errors — responses indicating a file “could not be made smaller” are now handled gracefully instead of throwing an error.
- Upgrade Button Routing — Corrected the upgrade button link so it no longer returns a 404.
- Mobile Layout — Fixed mobile sheet gaps for improved visual consistency. Mobile estimate footer and viewer corrected.

- PDF Viewer Search — Removed the search overlay from the PDF viewer (unused).
