The construction industry is in need of talented people. Across the globe, there are labour shortages in construction, these labour shortages result in higher project costs, and processes that are prone to errors.
Despite the labour shortage, people are still involved in managing administrative processes. Valuable people time and knowledge is being spent passing “paper” from one person to another.
With the invention of AI and large language models, we have the opportunity to reduce the time people spend on these tasks, allowing them to spend more time focusing on tasks better handled by people (people management and coordination).
